Halloween 2012
Happy Halloween!! Yes I am saying this on Dec 9th because I'm really behind on my blogging. This year I was so excited that I would have 3 children to dress up and started coming up with group ideas they could do. I had wanted them to be hamburger, fries, and a pop..:) cute right? I thought so too but, Parker and Abby had other ideas....:( I tend to forget that as children get older they form their own opinions and tastes. Abby is easily persuaded, Parker, not so much. Abby of course wanted to be a princess so I took her to my work (Pottery barn kids) and let her choose one of the fairy costumes. Her and I decided that the green fairy costume was the cutest on her. She wanted to wear it right away so I let her wear it for awhile after purchase. After I picked Parker up from school I took him to to find a costume as well. He wanted to be an Army Man (again). I tried talking him into other costumes but, he was set on an Army Man. I was able to pick out Lilly's costume so I decided on an owl for her. We went trick or treating in the neighborhood for about an hour and then headed off to Grandma and Grandpa's house to show off the kids costumes. We always enjoy seeing what Minnie and Poncho dress up as. The kids had a fun time trick or treating with their friends and ended up with a bunch of candy. I love Halloween! ..:)
